Review: Kobo Libra 2

 I like the shape and heft of it — it's more substantial than the smaller Kindles, which is better for me. There's more than enough lighting, font, and other options to keep me reading. There's even a Dyslexic-style font, which helps many people who simply find it difficult to move from the printed page to ebooks.  Checking out library books isn't that much easier on the Kobo, because the default search takes you to purchase options, so it takes several clicks to check out the book

You're going to want an Android based ereader because the web browsers on "normal" ereaders tends to be bad and experimental at best. Androids have the possibility of side loading an eink friendly web browser that doesn't suck. The Likebook P6 was on sale pretty recently, and the Boox Poke 3 is another decent option—a 6" screen should be fine for Wikipedia.

I saw the Kobo Clara HD was pretty cheap, but would it work well? Would it be worth investing in a more expensive option?

What is the most cost-effective e-reader to buy for mostly just browsing Wikipedia?

It makes articles as easy to read as ebooks, and even though it's only been a day I just love it. The only thing I'd change is for it to have it's own search page rather than use duck duck go's screen. The browser has a page on GitHub though, so I should probably pop over and suggest it. Honestly, this browser has made it so I have started reading internet articles on my ereader, rather than my phone, which was one too painful before even though that's one of the main reasons I bought the Boox Poke 3
