iRobot Roomba i7+ vs iRobot Roomba 614

My Roomba arrived 11 days ago & so far the i7 is definitely perfect for me & has worked flawlessly. I wanted to give you the reason I went with it & keep you updated throughout my subscription or answer any question if your thinking about subscribing aswell.

Bought my roomba 614 back in 15' and it stills runs great to this day. Haven't purchased any newer models but those prices do look good.

Unfortunately, the map will have to be generated again (third time) but he assures me it will be a much smoother process this time. If so, I expect to give it 4 stars. It's not getting 5 stars until I can more easily generate a map and they can allow indefinite (or at least 24 hour) job delays so I can suspend cleaning overnight and have it pick up where it left off the next. So far cleaning has been adequate but could be better; I assume the "better" would come from the S9 with its greater suction

But as soon as it started working on stairs, its Cliff Detect sensors got activated instantly and it started working like a human. Within few minutes it brought back the shiny look of stairs in my house. Easy to use: iRobot Roomba works well on carpets as well as hard floors. It is loaded with Auto-Adjust Cleaning Head that creates close contact with all floor types by simply controlling the multi-surface brushes
