Purchased the Finnala sofa and after 24 hours the back cushions have yet expand. I called Ikea and they said I need to wait the full 72 hours before they can act. Considering they have not changed in the last 24 hours I seriously doubt anything is going to happen in the next 48 hours…. The associate said the only thing they can do is replace the the cushions and that unfortunately there are no non-vacuole sealed options

So the base price fabric option is this right here It's the worst raw gray, and then I also pulled this fabric out, which is the or so red That's the the base and then you can change For an upgrade to something like the the hillard beige Which is right over here, and this is a five seat sectional and then also we have the the bomb stat Which is a faux leather option and like I said you can throw in chase lounge Ottoman that kind of stuff um So overall, I'd say the the sofa is pretty comfortable the Bottom cushion is on the hard firmer side of soft whereas the back cushions are fairly soft they are a synthetic poly foam soft poly foam and then this is a little bit of memory foam and a poly cushioning on top so Yeah, that's what I got to say about the Ikea kivik sofa.  So you have to actually pull the chase off the other two sections there in order to move it around or else I'm just a wimp, I don't know. It's good. I think it was worth the money. There's a lot more expensive couches out there that don't even seem this good

 A lot of people have asked, has it held up? Do we like it? And overall, I will say yes, this is an awesome sofa. You can see the condition. It's amazing. We haven't had to wash a single cushion, and we have three little kids, and we've had spills
