Just adding my experience for those who are considering the Morabo:. I placed an online order on April 30th. The earliest delivery slot was yesterday, May 29th. I got a call from the North American Logistics company on 5/28 8pm pacific to confirm my delivery window for 5/29 10am to 1pm.

Anyone own a Navy Blue MORABO? How do you like it? How it do with pet hair?

If I may weight in on another aspect of the Morabo. Avoid the chaise. It is made differently than the rest of the sofa as it is thinner at the bottom end of it and sinks a lot. We have for about 2 months and we pretty much avoid the chaise as it is really uncomfortable.

Morabo I just got the ikea Morabo sofa delivered at long last. Anyone considering this sofa will be very pleased, I can’t wait for the add on chaise to come back in stock.

i have a black leather morabo. waited so long to be in stock during the lockdown last year. it’s really worth the dough. the leather’s aging well after a year. can’t buy a good leather sofa for that price from other reputable brands.

Redoing my post from earlier. IKEA of Charlotte shows Morabo couch is in stock. When I go to check out it asks to enter the zip code. When I do, it tells me one or more items is out of stock. Why is this happening?

I’d been stalking the site/store for a solid month and was lucky enough to pick up a Morabo sectional this weekend in Southern California. The ability to order online is also based on how many they have in stock—if it’s only 1 (I think the magic number is 6), the system won’t let you purchase it online—it has to be in store.

We have the Landskrona (prior iteration of the Morabo - my understanding is they’re almost identical), but in a fabric, not leather, so can’t speak to that, but as to comfort...eh, it’s not the best? Like, it’s not UNcomfortable (throw pillows are a must though), but I can’t say it actually IS comfortable either? It’s definitely not a cozy, “ahh”-inducing, curl up with a book/snuggle for a movie kind of couch. I would prefer to not nap on it.

No thanks, I don’t need sunscreened kids making little people shaped grease spots in my fancy leather every summer. I want the opposite, something that repels everything. I wish I could just easily find an affordable and attractive indoor couch made of something like that waterproof boat leather they use on boats… but I imagine it wouldn’t be very comfortable 😂. So anyways, would the leather Morabo or Finnala fall under the “wet wipable” category?

Morabo vs Stockholm Leather Sofas

Hi, I have the non-leather Morabo and I can confirm that it is super comfy. Has a nice deep seat, wide enough to lay on comfortably, but not so wide that it is awkward to sit on, and the cushions are thick, soft, and supportive.

The only sofa I would buy from Ikea is the Stockholm leather (might be too expensive for a plywood sofa) and the Morabo (too frickin uncomfortable). So I was looking for alternatives ready in stock and found kavehome. Thanks.
