The strings it came with were a little chintzy.  The first time I changed strings, I put on Rotosounds and I was blown away by the improvement.

The electronics are a little noisy (60 Hz hum, and sometimes crackling when you turn the pots).  I didn't notice this for a long time, some of it may be from wear and corrosion.  

Sounds great with the right strings.

 It's got versatile pickups, giving this a fun little bass. Its voice is a pair of dynamic passive pickups in a versatile PJ pickup configuration, a P style split coil on the neck, a J style single coil at the bridge. It's also got full control over a tone is fat 2 EQ with a volume knob for each lung. Pick up along the active bass boost with a master tone control

 So you can see on the back there, got a nine volt battery inside and you've got all your tones there and you've got the fat EQ thing, which I spoke about in there. I've got a spare strap, luckily. Oh my god, it worked, oh my god, the tune. So as you can see, yeah, I haven't got a bass at the minute and I've bought this for Rocksmith so it's going to be getting plugged into my computer

 It's an ideal bass for beginners and I have played bass before a long time ago, I'm talking

 school gigs and things, so getting back into it now, and I brought this one specifically

 for Rocksmith, so I haven't even got an amp yet, so if anyone's got any suggestions or

 Oh man, this is supposed to be sat, it's like the most unsatisfying thing doing it.

 So that is it, ladies and gentlemen, absolutely gorgeous piece of equipment there.

 Like really, really, really well made, like everything is just so nice, smooth and sleek

 Like I said, this is just an unboxing, I'm not going to sit playing it or anything like

 I found a strap for it and it literally just didn't come with a strap, I already had one.

 Just the guitar and an instruction book clip in, a writing, I can't read, there is an English
