 Also with the trackpad it just stops or slows down and will barely move the cursor. It is very disappointing and I will be returning it.

Battery life is a little bit shorter than I am used to, but is still acceptable.

Battery life makes me frown a little, but it's a matter of keeping a charger nearby if I am using it for more than 2-3 hours on the battery (I run at full settings).

  For me it's the resolution of the laptop that didn't work for me.  I do a lot of Bible studying on my laptop for ministry.  So was not a good laptop for me at all.  I use Zoom virtual backgrounds and it didn't work at all for those
