 I recommend this for people who don’t want to break the bank but still want something that will even slightly be Vr, but for $15 these are amazing.

Also consider even something that seems deceptively simpler like Cubism. Not all great games need fancy graphics to be compelling.

You really want to experience it and have a significant understanding of how it feels and impacts you physically and mentally. You need to know what to watch out for in unhealthy use. He's likely going to "power through" discomfort and that's a bad idea.

My 10 year olds best day ever! This kid researched VR’s for hours a day, when he wasn’t researching he worked like an animal all summer to earn enough money for his quest. First in line on the morning of the re-release. What are the best games he should get, free and paid.

 The experience for a newcomer like myself was exciting and fun, for about an hour. I haven’t used it since. Probs more of a gimmick for me, but a cool one.

Taking time off did wonders for Cardboard Crack. They've actually been pretty decent since they came back.

These work well enough to evaluate whether you are entertained by a phone-based VR headset. Perhaps unsurprisingly, these are quite uncomfortable to wear, even for brief periods of time. I took foam weather stripping and stuck it in various places on the Cardboard to get some padding (mostly around the bridge of the nose). Also, the view on my phone wasn't lining up quite right if I just let the Cardboard sit on my face

As a novelty item they work fine, though they are quite uncomfortable

Google Cardboard Review - VR on the Cheap

 It's been a ton of fun! It doesn't have the ability to detect where your positioned (for example, leaning or bending), but you can look in all directions. Setup SteamVR for seated game play and you're good to go! War Robots has a fun free demo and BattleZone was on sale yesterday so I bought it. Happy gaming!

I buy these and give them to some of my clients who spend more money with me. It's good for a cardboard headset but would be better if they included a strap around your head so you don't have to hold it the entire time. Otherwise this is the best cardboard headset I've found.

 Tracking is spot on, and new features and updates are offered regularly. My friend has an oculus, and his always has connectivity issues, but I have had little to none of that. I am writing this review, because the customer support through steam is awesome. I bought straight from steam, but wanted to give a review, because of customer support through steam

 The cords on the base stations are very long which is good, but there's no way to hold it together if the space from your base station to your outlet has a short distance. Get a different cord online, there's some better ones. The headset has a great FOV and great graphics. The headset is in the heavy side and the remotes are great but prone to sweat

That just goes to show how comfortable the index really is, because honestly, I think on average I stopped using my index due to comfort reasons less often than I do with my quest and the sessions where I do put down either headset for comfort reasons, the sessions with the Index are actually longer
