 You put your phone map that kind of stuff in [, Music ]. The side has got, i'm guessing is also a waterproof pocket, so it's made from this really durable uh they described as not being, i think they describe it as being welded and not uh glued on the website. So it's meant to be. You know stronger too well lasting and everything so we're good on the side

 Their prices recently inflation and all that uh they still seem to have a lot of issues with supply chain. A lot of their bags are not in stock, and you you can't, you just have to go on waiting lists so anyway, um a lot of these. The reason i got this was because it's quite different to usual kind of dry bags, whereas you know usually it folds over the top, and this i felt was more structured and uh yeah. I think it's you know more like a general backpack, but obviously with the benefit of being waterproof, so starting at the front, let's just pop that open it's got this pull down this little area

 This is that hard to pull. So what i like about this already it just you can see it keeps its shape. It'S very um yeah. It feels like it's going to be quite durable for throwing around you know a boat that kind of stuff

 So if you're looking for something in this price range, it's going to work a little bit better. with a more professional outfit then that's going to be a great option to keep in mind. And then the last option that I'll mention here is the Waterfield Designs Bolt backpack, which is a very solidly built bag. It's made in the Us and that's going to come in at a little bit of a higher price point at over 300, but that is really to me what a premium bag should feel like

 So I'm excited to walk through all the details with you guys and with all that being said, let's go ahead and jump in. Starting off with the outside of the bag, I really like the overall aesthetic. This definitely has a little bit more of a rustic or heritage style vibe. The shape and layout of the bag reminded me a little bit of Jansport and Swiss gear backpacks that I've used in the past, but I like that the outdoorsy vibe that it has makes it feel a little bit more adult or professional so it can still work well in an office setting while being rugged enough to take into the outdoors or for walking around the city

 what I have in here is the 20 ounce water bottle that you've seen in a lot of my other videos and that fit in there pretty comfortably. One thing about these pockets, however, is that they don't have a whole lot of elasticity, so the volume you get here is pretty fixed. and I also didn't really like that when you place something a little bit thicker, it tends to take up space from the main area of the bag and then moving into the capacity. The bag comes in at about 26 liters, which is a really versatile size in my opinion

 And then the last option that I'll mention here is the Waterfield Designs Bolt backpack, which is a very solidly built bag. It's made in the Us and that's going to come in at a little bit of a higher price point at over 300, but that is really to me what a premium bag should feel like. It has a very rugged wax, canvas exterior, leather accenting it all. just feels very well built

I'll list some of the best and worst parts of the bag.  Pros: -carry-on compliment -expandable storage is great -pockets everywhere -tons of robust straps on all sides to carry and move the bag -expandable water bottle holders so you can fit a bottle even at capacity -ridged and comfortable back -super high-quality materials and zippers -expandable front pouch for more storage after capacity -exceptionally rugged and waterproof -concelable straps and magnets everywhere -definitely a good looking bag!  Cons -while the main straps are great, the backpacking chest and waist straps are far from comfortable, I think they value looks over functionality here - so if you're going to be wearing this 24/7 make sure you're aware of that -no interior straps for compacting clothes like other travel backpacks -while the materials are amazing, they are heavier and add some weight - my bag was easily heavier than my brother's osprey bag which was significantly lighter at capacity -for me, receiving a previously returned item while paying full price  In the end, I really had a good experience traveling with this bag because of the great functionality while looking good at the same time. If I didn't receive a defective and previously returned unit, I would have considered this a buy that would've lasted me a lifetime

 So If you have things strategically positioned in here,, unzip that from the side, grab what you need. This is especially handy for the camera cube insert. Keeps Your camera Easy to grab, easy access. One Last feature to notice here is that all the zippers on this are lockable with O-rings and they come with some additional securing features as well

 That's really great for getting the pack into side access mode while you're wearing it, as well as hiding the strap system, which we'll get into in a second. The Straps themselves offer some high-density foam, definitely comfortable here. More comfortable than the Peak Design Everyday Backpack; So just note that they've definitely improved upon that system that they had going on with the previous pack. And Then they also feature aluminum glide hardware on the straps themselves,, which are good

 Onto Some of the cons.: The zipper choice really puzzles us. The sternum strap comes off little bit more easily than we'd like to see. And Lastly, the side hails provide a bit of a funky, imbalanced carry
