Beautiful guitar, don’t get me wrong, however, I’m giving this 3 stars for the horrendous set up it came with. Intonation was wack, truss rod was wack, saddles were wack, a string actually unwound from the bridge when I used the whammy bar. The fret ends were also very sharp. My verdict is that if you’re a little hands on and know how to fix these minor issues it’s a good buy, but for beginners or ones that are scared to work on a guitar you’ll have to pay for a professional setup which can range from 50-100$ so you make the call if you wanna spend the money

I thought it was a bit overpriced with a £1000 starting bid considering everything, and I wasn't in a position to go and collect it, and it was relisted a number of times and never sold so I thought I would wait until the seller reduced the price a bit, and didn't buy it. Then the listing ended and it never went back up again. The Pacifica is not as rounded at the edges like the Squier Affinity. The Pacifica body is shapelier with a longer extended horn and more robust center curves. The less rounded edges of the Yamaha make it easier to play sitting down as it hugs the legs better and doesn’t slide down like the Strats.
