I was getting so frustrated trying to get my moisturizers to work on these dry patches that I said "screw it" and went searching for the Etude House SoonJung line because I had come across it before and I heard good things. I've only been using this emulsion for a couple days and already the dry patches are healing! I mean, I was getting fed up trying to get my red irritated skin to calm down so now that I'm seeing improvement, I'm pleasantly surprised. This has me purchasing the intensive barrier cream (which hasn't come in yet so I've not tried it) and hoping that speeds up the process. I want to try more from the SoonJung line in the future, I think it'll be especially helpful during our extremely harsh winters

NOTHING has ever given me that. I've always had dry patches, weeping eczema, and constant itchiness because of how dry my skin was. I could put products over top to temporarily keep it under control, but nothing ever seemed to really repair my skin. Creams, serums, vitamins, oils

I have oily skin, but I love a dewy glow and I love moisturizers that show your skin plump and glowy, so this product I do really like! I will be repurchasing this. 10/10. Love that it’s unscented!!!

* **Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium**: Most hydrating "toner" I've ever used. Seven forms of hyaluronic acid, including a fermented kind. I use the Premium in winter and the standard (white bottle, 5 kind of HA) in the warmer months. Love it!

I wanted to love this moisturizer so much, but after only two days of using it, my face broke out in horrible, dense, clustered closed comedones/acne that was also itchy and red and made my skin texture look really rough. I’ve never had something like this happen to me, I thought it wasn’t even possible since my skin isn’t very sensitive and I’ve tried SO many different products over they years. And this moisturizer was supposed be safe and gentle, but it totally ruined my skin ): I had to go to a dermatologist who said I probably got acne cosmetica from it and recommended a cleanser with benzoyl peroxide and that’s the only thing that’s helped.

Scent: Uncented Texture: Semi-thick, kind of syrup-like and clear. The texture is quite tacky so I may choose something else lighter in the summer, but the tackiness is absorbed after 10 mins or so. Application: I recommend applying this by pouring a nickle to quarter size coin of the solution in your hand, then rubbing the liquid in your palms together. Then apply to the face by pressing the solution into the skin

I think it is very good for my oily acne prone skin, but I think someone with dry skin would need something more or to layer this multiple times.

At first, I thought this product wasn't helping much and was making the mistake of using it on its own without a moisturizer. I then added a moisturized and that didn't help my acne. I tried three different moisturizers in conjunction with this product to no avail
