Works VERY well for body acne and keratosis pilaris. Salicylic acid (BHA) and lactic acid (AHA) are the dream team.
Husband uses it on his back for very stubborn nodular acne he's had since his teens and never been able to get rid of - major improvement seen in just a few days! I use it on my arms for KP, also made a big difference in a short time. Not irritating, doesn't burn or itch. It has a high salicylic aci...

[Acne] My cousin's back has been breaking out. I feel so bad because he doesn't know what to do.
I recommend Cerave SA Lotion, or Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion. Good luck for your cousin, I hope everything's gonna be alright!.
[skin concerns] how do I get rid of all these pimples/scars on my back?
- Use a moisturizer after every shower (I use Cerave SA lotion, it's been amazing and helped my chest as well as my back). - Introduce a scrub/exfoliant 1/2times a week (I use Pacifica acne warrior body scrub) into your showering routine and always wash your back last. - Realize that food allergies and sensitivities have a big impact on the state of your skin, I'm lactose intolerant and eliminating all diary from my diat has been instrumental (epsecially for my face acne).

I prefer Cerave to Amlactin
After having tried both Cerave and Amlactin, which are not identical products, but seem like they're basically built to do the same thing, I can say that Cerave is the hand's down winner for a variety of reasons. Despite the fact that it takes longer to see results, Cerave wins due to texture, scent...

[Skin Concerns] What can I do about my large pores on nose, forehead, and cheeks?
Mine used to be awful, but salicylic acid and niacinamide helped immensely. I just recently got my hands on the cerave sa cleanser and it's as good as they say, and I used the niacinamide serum from the ordinary.
