Works VERY well for body acne and keratosis pilaris. Salicylic acid (BHA) and lactic acid (AHA) are the dream team.
Husband uses it on his back for very stubborn nodular acne he's had since his teens and never been able to get rid of - major improvement seen in just a few days! [Acne] My cousin's back has been breaking out. I feel so bad because he doesn't know what to do.
I recommend Cerave SA Lotion, or Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion. Good luck for your cousin, I hope everything's gonna be alright!.

Despite the fact that it takes longer to see results, Cerave wins due to texture, scent...

[Skin Concerns] What can I do about my large pores on nose, forehead, and cheeks?
Mine used to be awful, but salicylic acid and niacinamide helped immensely. I just recently got my hands on the cerave sa cleanser and it's as good as they say, and I used the niacinamide serum from the ordinary.
