[SHELFIE] Can you guess my favourite skin care brand?
It makes my skin brighter and more supple and it does an amazing job of treating my hyperpigmentation after consistent use. If I couldn’t only keep one item on my shelf, it would be this serum.
CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum Review - The Dermatology Review
Overall, we don’t recommend CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum, primarily because of the use of denatured alcohol in this product.
Multi product review after wine drunk shopping
Story time!! I'm 30 years old and I've always had dry skin, prone to stretch marks, slight translucent, and occasional karatosis Pilaris (red, hard bumps, looks like mild acne on arms, chest, back, and butt, leg's) . As a teen I never wore shorts because it was embarrassing not to have soft legs. Th...
TESTING THE CERAVE VITAMIN C SERUM ON MY ACNE SCARS FOR 2 WEEKS | Dry, Sensitive, Acne Prone Skin
ally nice rejuvenation and it honestly/\s/made my skin very hydrated at the same time I know/\s/ Vitamin C can sometimes sting for some people or/\s/be too strong but this one I think for sensitive/\s/ skin might be a great option. so if you have/\s/sensitive skin, dry skin, acne prone skin this might/\s/ be something to look into since it did have that/\s/mve technology in here.
[Misc] What pricey skincare product turned out to be a flop for you?
Not super pricey but definitely overhyped- all of the cerave products I've tried. The sunscreen moisturizer was a horribly thick texture that refused to smooth down and left an incredibly noticeable white caste, also broke me out. Cerave moisturizer cream- not bad but broke me out. Cerave vitamin c serum- overall meh, it tends to pill and the packaging is weird and I don't think it seals all the way (vitamin c is suuuper unstable so I question the viability of the product).
I have been using vitamin C on my skin for a few years. Vitamin C serums is one of the products through the years that I can say actually makes a difference with my skin. My skin just looks brighter and better. It also reduces dark spots and sun spots on my face. I normally use a 20% serum. I have u...
[Miscellaneous] Does anyone else think that vitamin C isn't worth it?
Yes!! I came to terms with this after trying the cerave vitamin c and all it did was break me out. The only other vitamin c I’ve tried is from The Ordinary (can’t remember which one) and it just made my face greasy :/ While I’m sure I could find one that actually works, there are other products that will give me the same-ish results (ie azelaic acid, retinol).
Don’t purchase from Amazon
Product on left was purchased from Amazon, product on right was purchased from Walmart. Product from Amazon was yellow and smelled terrible. Purchased the same exact product from Walmart and has you can tell in the picture, it is white/clear with no scent.
