I ordered this new but noticed blemishes all over the front plate that indicated it had been used or perhaps refurbished. I wasn't concerned at the time as I figured I'm just a learner currently. Unfortunately, I have had a persistent issue with the strings severely rattling during my practice sessions. I just got a warwick thumb, my 3rd warwick and i gotta say out of the 20+ basses i own this has to be my favorite, and i own everything from a squire j bass, to a fender american ultra p bass, and a couple of rickenbackers. Absolutely adore the thumb, the tones are incredible and the neck is super comfortable, only con i can think of, is MAN this thing is heavy.
