We'Ve got a number of different languages here, but it tells you um what each part is accessory, and i find that the best thing to do is pry them all out one at a time on the areas that you need work on and decide what is best For you, there is a variety: let's see, make sure that i'm showing these properly okay, there are a variety of different shaped ends for different parts in your body, different muscles, so you decide what works best for you now i find this one which to me is Unique because i haven't seen one like this before this one works really well and i find it i can use it for longer than any of the others, because it um has a cushion on it. For you see what feels good um see what pressure or what um you know how how strong you want it to go, and you do what makes you feel good, don't overdo it very, very nice and then did i say start by turning on the bottom. So that is another one ready to go, and i also like this too for the elbow if my elbow flares up this is great

 You have the on and off master switch, so you can go ahead and turn it off that way as well. So those are some of the highlights. Let me give you some of the other specs as well on the massager. It does have 10 massage heads we'll talk about that in a minute up to 30 speed, uh available 3500 rpms up to 3, 500 rpms and as far as amplitude

 You can certainly use that on your calves as well, so that is the next one again, you want to just make sure to power off your massager when you are changing massage heads, and this is called the y head. This is good for the back of the neck and the spine area. Uh. Let me see if there's anything else, to share with you suitable for impacting deep tissue, such as the meridians and joints, so that is this one, but it's also great for this area as well

 Let you know what level again when you turn it on, you can see it's showing you level 10, so you really can keep a close tabs of the battery life there and it does have a 10 minute auto shut off as well. Now, as far as the different massage heads - let's talk about that, so you got the the foam head. This is the very popular one. You see these on most of the massagers on the market

 You just press and hold the capacitive button right here. You can kind of see a faint outline of the power button. Then they will turn on and start at the first mode. This is the lowest vibration setting and then you can do a quick tap on the same button to move it up to a two same thing to the third fourth, fifth and sixth vibration mode

 It does have this nice, fine, rubber grip toward the bottom, so your hand can easily hold the the massage gun properly and you can see there are a total of four different attachments. So that's what you would use that attachment for and, as i mentioned operation is super simple. You just press and hold the capacitive button right here. You can kind of see a faint outline of the power button

Cotsoco 2020 Updated Massage Gun Review

 Good. Surprisingly, is this attachment? You would have thought that this one would work better, but this attachment works perfectly for cuff muscle pain. The gun is operated simply just put your finger lightly on it. Hold it for a second you've got speed, one two, three four five and six is the highest and then hold it on for a while, and it goes off again so it's long press for on long press for off and then just a light touch for incremental Speed hikes, but this one on the back of the calf feels so good

 In comes with its charging plug you plug it in and charge it for a few hours and then it's good to go um, i'm not sure exactly how long it lasts. I'M pretty sure it says so on the product page, but i mean it looks long enough for for multiple uses before you have to recharge it um. I really like this thing and we're going to be using it on a regular basis. It'S definitely worth the money

I just love this massage gun, it's the second one that i've bought, because my daughter moved out and took the first one with her, so i ended up having to buy another. Now i suffer with cuff cramps in my calf muscle a lot one of the things that feels really really. Good. Surprisingly, is this attachment?  First, I picked up the sharper Image pro(SIP) massager from Costco for about $100. It seemed okay, although somewhat loud. After a few days, I came across this TOLOCO T11 pro massager on Amazon, and thought to give it a try, especially since it was being offered at an amazing promotion price. The regular price for TOLOCO is in the ballpark of the popular SIP, and they both offer very similar functions and form factor, so I thought it made sense to compare them side-by-side

  Size and Weight: The Toloco is almost the same size as the sharper image, though the handle is a bit thicker than the SIP. They both have about the same weight. Using either of these shouldn't be a problem for an athlete or an average person, but if you have particularly small hands or suffer from conditions that limit your grip or arm strength, you might want to get someone else to help you administer the massage.  Build Quality: The Toloco feels solidly built; there is no give or movement on any of the surfaces of the machine

 I was bothered by the noise the SIP makes starting from lower settings and getting louder as I increased the power. But the Toloco is pleasantly quiet at the lowest setting, with very small increases to the noise when increasing the power all the way up (I have uploaded a video comparing the two). SIP falsely advertises itself as whisper quiet but that is the description that the Toloco deserves. The only unexpected noise that I got on both devices was a very low volume but high frequency noise (like a hiss) that came from the display when the devices were On but idle

 I'm Updating this from 1 star to 4 stars.  Old If this lasted at least lasted a year then it would of been worth it. But not even 35 days and the battery is already dying with light usage. This is a faulty product that was recycled or very cheaply made, either way I don't recommend buying it

 It's a great relief. But one thing I found out is that I was having either leg or hip pain just because I've been working a lot. I'm sitting down a lot and then having that comfort, that massage gun at the end of the night to make sure that I have that relief. I can tell you one thing

 Now, this one is kind of the universal attachment. The attachments are just amazing. And you can use this and use it on almost any body part. And it works, right? And you can see just how easy whenever you want to switch, you just plug it in

 So this one's currently at 40. You want to turn it on. You just press the power button. Very simple
