This PC runs MUCH quieter than anything else I own, even laptops. I do mostly dev work on my deskmini, which runs Ubuntu 20.04 - even when playing the games the 3000g allows, I have not seen temps over 50C. I admit the brown fan showing through my all-black mini case is slightly off-putting, but the black version of this was more expensive or not available

This isn't a quiet fan. None of them (that I bought) are. Of course, the speed can be adjusted, but it doesn't quiet it down much at all, & too low will have the temps rise quickly, needing more flow & speed. So I knock off one star for that, because it's 2020, & quiet fans are as common as quiet mice & keyboards
