 As far as the formulation is, they are so confident. CeraVe is so confident in it. They say after three days you should see a difference. That's what the claim is

 It sort of does a similar job to salicylic acid, but with the LHA, what happens is it works to stop, it's lost away the dead skin cells, yes, but it also works to stop to prevent any comedones from forming. So it's good tag team. So you've got the salicylic acid, you've got the urea, you've got the LHA.  talk about one of my favourite, favourite brands of all skin types. Just the normal

 budget CeraVe. I've been trying out this new CeraVe Essay Smooth and Cream. If you'd like

 to know more about CeraVe Essay Smooth and Cream, please keep watching. CeraVe Essay

 Smooth and Cream is formulated by dermatologists and therefore I think automatically you can

 trust that dermatologists are going to develop something that's efficacious, that is going

 to work for your skin and it'll be gentle, which I'm all about trying to be as gentle

 as I can this year with my skin. It is for the body. It's formulated specifically for

 rough, dry, bumpy skin. If you have issues with your skin, this is a really good, really

 good go-to place to start. They traditionally have the three ceramides in their, in all

 their formulations. They call them the three essential ceramides, which are to do with

 your skin barrier. So in this one, they have formulated it with salicylic acid and added

 urea. Let's start with salicylic acid. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid. It is a, it's

 an acid that, it's an acid that exfoliates your skin. It's an acid that is derived from

 aspirin, I think. So it exfoliates, it has antibacterial benefits, it unclogs your pores

 and people with oily skin, I feel benefit the most out of this. They've added urea in

 this formulation. I think urea is a, I think urea is a property that really is good for

 binding water. So it almost is, do I want to call it a humectant? I'm not sure it's

 entirely a humectant, but it does, it is used in skincare for moisturizing. So you'll find

 it a lot, this ingredient, you'll find it a lot in formulations made for eczema and

 dry skin. So just as this is formulated for dry skin, I think they've thought to themselves,

 a lot. It's a glow. Let's go with it. It's a glow. So LHA is beta, what is it? Let me

 not lie to you. Okay, beta lipo hydroxy acid, and this is derived from salicylic acid. It

 sort of does a similar job to salicylic acid, but with the LHA, what happens is it works

 to stop, it's lost away the dead skin cells, yes, but it also works to stop to prevent

 any comedones from forming. So it's good tag team. So you've got the salicylic acid, you've

 got the urea, you've got the LHA. They all go into working on your skin, so moisture

 is exfoliating your skin, so you don't have dry skin just kind of building up, building

 up. This cream exfoliates and keeps your new skin and your new skin shining and feeling

 great. And so those three combinations actually in the ingredient list really work well together.

 So I know I keep saying exfoliates a lot. Salicylic acid does exfoliate a lot, but you

 will not find, you will not find beads in here or anything. It's a moisturiser. It doesn't

 have any kind of beads to exfoliate. It's just chemical exfoliating. I'm sorry about

 the light. Let's try and move. Okay, so no physical exfoliants, no fragrance, no non-communogenic

 and it also has niacinamide, lactic acid and all those are great acids to have for exfoliating,
