 Hi everybody, Jeremy from The Snowboard Asylum here and today we're going to take a look

 Now the Ruler Dual Boa is the Boa closure version of Burton's highly acclaimed Ruler.

 The Ruler is really aimed at riders who are looking for their first performance orientated

 boot and a boot that's just going to deliver great performance across the whole mountain.

 Putting it at about a 6 out of 10 for stiffness, it really does deliver the perfect combination

 of response and control and rider friendly versatility and that really makes it ideal

 if you're just looking for something that's going to perform great in the park but also

 perform great when you want to get out and about on the mountain.

 So let's take a look at some of the key features of this boot.

 As I said, the standard Boa, the standard Ruler utilizes a Burton Speedzone system where

 the Boa just switches that over to a Dual Boa.

 Now the Dual Boa is a zonal closure system and it just allows you to dial in the perfect

 So the side mounted Boa, that controls the lower part of the lacing.

 The front mounted Coiler Boa controls the upper part of the lacing.

 By having two separate independent closure system, it's just going to let you dial in

 the perfect tightness for whatever kind of riding you want to do.

 So let's pop it out and just show you how it works.

 So to unlace these boots, just pop the Coiler out, it will click.

 So if you're going to spend a day in the park, have this section here tight just to give

 you foot support and hold and then you can run this top section relatively loose just
