We bought the Tyler sofa one year ago. It looks great, but we're not happy with it since it's simply not comfortable: Both of us (175 lb and 140 lb) can't sit on the sofa for extended periods of time without feeling uncomfortable. Lisa B from Benchmade was also instrumental in helping me out. I originally wanted to get a 100 inch sofa, but she suggested I take measurements at my condo to ensure it would fit through the hallways. Turns out it would not have made it past the hallways! I ended up getting a sectional with bumper and it was the perfect compliment to the rest of the living room. She also made suggestions on size and proportions of the couch, and it turned out great

For a custom couch, their pricing was on the mark. Plus, with a custom couch, its kind of nice knowing there's not another out there like mine (of course, unless they order the same dimensions and style :).

 I also ordered the trillium pillows, which offer great texture and feel. This was not only an excellent product, but just an overall great buying experience.

I'm reviewing the Ikea Ektorp/Uppland sectional in this video! We have the white, and it comes in multiple colors.We've had it for 3 years now. This couch is one of my fave purchases we've ever made!! I love that I can wash the entire thing! I've gotten so many comments about how I have a white couch with two little kids, but I actually think this couch is perfect with kids!! Kivik or Uppland sofa

Most Ikea couches have a 10 year warranty. I had these same problem with my Uppland couch last month so I called Ikea customer service told her when i bought it which was last year so I was just over a year but since I had purchased it online and had it delivered she was able to find my receipt  email it to me and I just took it back and got some else the Uppland couch wasn't in stock and I really dont want to get it again after having that happen.

this feels like a long shot but does anyone have advice on where to get a replacement arm for the Ikea Karlstad sofa? I have the half my couch propped up on books lol. I feel like I've looked everywhere. TIA!
