If you want something that can take a beating none of these knives will do the job. I could however recommend the Benchmade freek in M4. It's a great knife, super tough and still very lightweight.

Looking for help from the guru's, I have a Benchmade 555. Its awesome but I want something new. Would like help for the next purchase. Here is some criteria

1) bomb proof/durable
2) not super expensive 
3) not overly larger, I like something a bit smaller
4) I like to fidget

 Hey guys, TalonSai who recorded this video, that version of him was a little crazy. So he forgot to check the hashtag LockdownKnifeWeek. I'm going to do that and then we'll let him take over and all of his craziness. So looking at the hashtag today, I still don't think anyone has actually posted the exact knife that we're going to be taking a look at

 So let me know. So that's all that I had for the freak or super freak whatever you want to call it. I think this knife will definitely keep its place in my collection and maybe in the future I'll even test it out, carry it a little bit. And I think this one would actually be pretty good for a stress test so maybe we'll have to take it outside and beat on it a little bit in the future

This is one that you may have seen on the channel in the past, I actually opened this during a mail time video. I used it to open some packages during that video and since then it has been in my collection however, I have not EDC'd this. It has virtually no wear on it although this knife can definitely take it

 I know the 940s from Benchmade have a cult following and I'm just really not a fan of those blades simply because of the blade shape, the aesthetics of it. A ton of people swear by those knives and I know you guys want to see a review on that however it's just not something I'm really interested in. This one is a little bit more my speed and I'm curious if you guys have one of these out there. Let me know in the comments down below how the steel has held up

Large but pocketable | Benchmade 560 Freek

 knife that we're going to be taking a look at.

 However, we do have some people who are using knives from the same manufacturer.

 So let's take a look at this photo right here we have from Boulders and Blades.

 Looks like he's got a blackout bug out, which I also have right here.

 However, I'm not a fan of these handle scales at all.

 Looks like he has replaced them with some phlytanium scales and they appear to be G10.

 Looks like it has some pretty cool texture, almost similar to like Spyderco G10 texture.

 So that's a pretty cool shot there and let's see what else.

 Looks like we have another bug out right here with sort of the same thing going on.

 This one's coming from SteadfastEDC and this one is the Benchmade Mini Bugout with some

 So it seems like I'm not the only one who is not a huge fan of the grivery handles.

 And it looks like phlytanium is putting out quite a few different options for people out

 there who want to get rid of that stuff and go for something that feels a little bit more

 Benchmade definitely took note on the newer version of the bailout and they actually changed

 that and that knife is feeling a lot better than the original one like this.

 Maybe in the future I'll have to upgrade one of these knives.

 So I'll just give you a quick overview and talk about what makes this thing kind of unique.

 We're talking about the Benchmade Freak.

 The Benchmade Freaks come in a few different varieties and they are just an all around

 EDC performer for either inside or outside tasks.

 This version in particular is the 560BK-1 and it features red, black and gray G10 with

 The blade length is 3.60 inches, the handle length is 4.86 inches and the overall length

 Basically all that means is this is a pretty large knife.

 The M4 blade is a drop point, it's hollow ground and it has a nice black finish on it.

 It of course does have an axis lock which is one of the reasons why I like Benchmade

 And the pocket clip is good for right or left handed carry but tip up only.

 Like I mentioned this blade has never seen any pocket time other than just like the video

 I think it is a really cool knife and I actually really dig the size of it.

 I just have so many knives to choose from that this one just never really made it into

 So we'll start off up front here with the blade which has a really nice black finish

 I love the way black blades look after you use and abuse them.

 They'll sort of get a little scratched and scuffed up but I think it adds to the overall
