Battery Life

All it needed was a totally new keyboard and faster processors

2GHz to get something done and then ramp it back down to 1.1GHz to preserve heat and battery life. This is a pretty normal strategy now.

Nice machine overall but could be better.

At first, the battery life was disappointing but it's better now that I figured out how to disable the presence sensor. That feature was just an annoyance to a home user; I couldn't even go to the fridge and get a cold one before the X1 nano would go dark and force me to sign in again.

Slow and Glitchy for the Money

I think the wisdom of "Don't buy serial #1" applies to the X1 Nano. It is small and lightweight but the performance is lacking even with me purchasing the top-of-the-line with the i7 processor. I have had a number of strange glitches with some but not all working themselves out - keyboard stops working, computer won't start on reboot after update, etc. It's lots of little things that make this a poor computer
