 I give a lot of my feelings and feedbacks on percussive massagers in that video and just to be completely clear and honest, I don't use these things a ton. Where I find them most beneficial for me is if I'm feeling extremely sore or tight, which for me tends to be in my quads, my glutes, and right here in my pec and delt tie-in. I'll use these guns a little bit before warming up and lifting, but otherwise I don't find a huge use for them in my own particular training. That being said though, I think I'm in the minority because I literally get an email every week from companies asking if I'll review their massage guns

 This gun in particular is 16 millimeters where the old model I believe was 11 millimeters and most standard guns on the market, especially in this price range tend to be about 10 millimeters. So you're getting an increase of over 50% in terms of how much this thing's actually going to massage you, which I do think comes into play because we all want bigger and better massage vibration, don't we? So the amplitude on this is greater, which is nice because usually to get that kind of amplitude from other guns, you're gonna have to pay a lot more money. So again, this is about half the cost of some of the higher end guns out there on the market. So that's the first selling point for me

 The second selling point is the battery. So this battery is a 3,200 milliamp hour battery, which is nice because it's larger than the old one. And the old one, I got fantastic runtime out of. Again, I was just using it briefly as a warmup, but if you're using this in a public gym or sharing with people, or you're just lazy and don't like to charge things all the time, this is going to help you out as it has a bigger battery, which in this case also is removable, which is kind of cool when you're thinking about a gun, this is basically like a clip you're locked and loaded and ready to massage all the kinks out for all your kinks
