 I give a lot of my feelings and feedbacks on percussive massagers in that video and just to be completely clear and honest, I don't use these things a ton. Where I find them most beneficial for me is if I'm feeling extremely sore or tight, which for me tends to be in my quads, my glutes, and right here in my pec and delt tie-in. I'll use these guns a little bit before warming up and lifting, but otherwise I don't find a huge use for them in my own particular training. That being said though, I think I'm in the minority because I literally get an email every week from companies asking if I'll review their massage guns

 This gun in particular is 16 millimeters where the old model I believe was 11 millimeters and most standard guns on the market, especially in this price range tend to be about 10 millimeters. So you're getting an increase of over 50% in terms of how much this thing's actually going to massage you, which I do think comes into play because we all want bigger and better massage vibration, don't we? So the amplitude on this is greater, which is nice because usually to get that kind of amplitude from other guns, you're gonna have to pay a lot more money. So again, this is about half the cost of some of the higher end guns out there on the market. So that's the first selling point for me

 The second selling point is the battery. So this battery is a 3,200 milliamp hour battery, which is nice because it's larger than the old one. And the old one, I got fantastic runtime out of. Again, I was just using it briefly as a warmup, but if you're using this in a public gym or sharing with people, or you're just lazy and don't like to charge things all the time, this is going to help you out as it has a bigger battery, which in this case also is removable, which is kind of cool when you're thinking about a gun, this is basically like a clip you're locked and loaded and ready to massage all the kinks out for all your kinks

Achedaway Pro - Worth the Upgrade? Percussive Massage Gun Review

 It’s better to heal gradually over a week than to dig in on day one and hurt yourself.  The achedaway pro is built solid, is easy to grip, can easily reach all of your back area if you need it to (I’m still scared so I use the theragun for my back).  Can be better: I found the Bluetooth app sessions of the theragun to be awesome for the pre and post activity. Not just for beginners to massage guns, but also just to time yourself and hit everything

 Even with the legs I get nervous when switching legs, because if i am not careful I just might place the bare massager on my skin if the head pops off at the wrong time. Overall, I cannot use this massager anymore, because it has become super inconvenient to do so. Thus I have docked this to two stars, and wholy recommend going with the more expensive theragun pro which is superior in every way at this point. It doesn't make me happy, in fact I feel I lost $300 on the achedaway

 A shame, because the battery still works great and it does give a good massage, it is just their friction based head attachment that let's everything down. In the next iteration I hope achedaway can create a more robust attachment system like what theragun has, with the little metal ball: it stays in place very solid, and is also easier to replace heads. a shame.  Update 4/15/2021: I received a small rebate for the squeaky button, and an assurance that the longevity should not be affected

 However, I would like to see a Round foam tip added to the unit.  I would like to see a unit on the market that uses a rheostat instead of a button with Preset intensities.  The Unit can be harder to grip if you have smaller hands and if there is any grease from the skin that gets on it, it can become slippery. I would like to see some textured engraving/ grip Tape over the Handle

I am not kidding about that. This massage gun does more in 20 seconds then any other massager I have tried in the past.  I sometimes get debilitating leg cramps, that can last for an hour or longer.  10 means it's fully charged below. This is the speed setting with three touch operated buttons, to adjust the speed and to power. It on and off one thing that i really appreciated with this one is: it has an automatic power off after three minutes of inactivity, so if you have it just turned on without it, operating it'll switch itself off after three minutes as far as actual run time, If you're using it for 15 minutes straight it'll power the motor off, so you have to turn it back on again and according to the instructions, don't use it for any longer than one hour straight. And if you do, let it rest for 30 minutes before you keep going, i'm pretty sure this is just to protect the motor from overheating

 I use this on the bottom of my feet, which felt kind of weird but great at the same time, a range of five to eight for fascia relaxation, if you're not sure what fascia is it's a system of connective tissue that encases our body parts and binds Them together it surrounds muscles nerves, tendons and ligaments, and gives them shape. So there you go fascia 9 to 12 is for decomposing, lactic acid, that's stuff! As i do quite a lot of running and having this as a tool for recovery has been incredibly useful, it mainly uses what's called percussion therapy, which is a method of inducing blood flow, rapidly into soft tissue muscles, ligaments and tendons throughout your body. With a series of concentrated pulses on one particular spot, it can relax local connective tissue and also elongates muscle fibers, which provides relief on joints and, specifically the person who invented the first theragun was a chiropractor named dr jason worthland, who was looking for some pain relief

 After a really bad motorcycle accident and ended up designing the theragum, so that's a little bit of background information behind the tech that goes into percussive therapy. Let'S start with what comes included inside the box for the renfo c3. So it comes packaged in this black zip up case that houses the renfo, with a total of six different attachments to be used for different muscle groups. These cutouts keep the different attachments nicely, tucked away so they're, not all getting mixed up when you transport it

Renpho C3 Percussion Massager Review: Better than the real thing?

 This is comes in at less and 55 decibels, which is quite common with a lot of similar items like this, but it's actually very silent. So this is level 1. I'M going to hold it a little bit closer to the microphone here and I'm gon na go all the way to level 20, but just to let you know, this has 3200 rpm, which is revolutions per minute. So that is quite a lot of vibrations and intensity, which is on par with a lot of the main mainstream, massage buns that are on the market

 So let me go ahead and see actually on level 20, how this feels so just lighting off of my arm, I'm using a hammer head at the moment. It'S actually feeling quite good. No, I can press quite hard right there on my shoulders and it's really hitting the right spot there long-term use, maybe 10 minutes I can imagine. I could feel so much better after using this now

 On the left hand, side you have the level indicator and, on the right hand, side you have the battery indicator so right now it's on four, which means 40 %, but it goes up to 1.0, which is 100 %, and this has up to 20 levels. So it's quite rare to have a lot of levels on these types of massage guns. Some of the ones I've had in the past only has three levels

 In your your hand, the grip as well. It'S got a nice little rubbery grip there on the handle. You'Ve got the light just to indicate if you're running out of battery, so you can see this is slightly coming up to ready. So it's dropped down to 20 %, so I should be getting a warning very soon to start charging it, but it feels nice, even if I use it on my legs, that's really good

Renpho Massage Gun Unboxing & Review!

We received this gun about a month ago (yes we are just outside the 30 day window, unfortunately) and the first three weeks, we LOVED it! It really does make a huge difference on aging muscles. Then last week we started to notice the battery was running low quicker than before. Then yesterday it ran out within 5 minutes of taking it off the charger and today it was down to a minute. If it lasted it would be a sure buy - but since it didn't - it's a HUGE waste of money

 We did finally hear from the company and after a week or back and forth emails they sent us a replacement. The only is is It won’t turn on. That’s right, the replacement is also broken. Avoid at all costs!

 On one of my last visits he pulled out a machine which had a small rounded head and vibrated on my tightened hips and glute. When I got home I checked for a similar device on Amazon and found the topic of massage guns. The seemingly endless array of options made me look for a solid machine at a reasonable price. The web helped me focus on the RENPRO C3 which got good reviews and at a good price

I have lower back pain which gets exacerbated by my playing golf several times a week. I go to a chiropractor and needed something to ease my tightness and pain in-between visits. On one of my last visits he pulled out a machine which had a small rounded head and vibrated on my tightened hips and glute. When I got home I checked for a similar device on Amazon and found the topic of massage guns

 I received the unit a few days ago and noticed that I had received 6 heads instead of the 4 shown on Amazon. While I have only used the large round ball, I have found it helps pin point my trigger points in my hips and glutes and provides relief, and you can feel the tightness relax. I have used it four times so far and the results have helped my golf game in keeping me looser which swinging without as much pain. This is a worthwhile investment if you need something to relax tightened muscles and relieve pain

The case is the first to mention. Never have a purchased a vale product with such a nice case!  Ive been using the massage gun twice a day for a few days now. I am entirely satisfied with the results. Ive had a persistent shoulder issue for which ive been seeing a chiropractor for (ive regular-ed chiro care my whole life) Its been slowing getting better after the professional visits but I think this massage gun will be the reason my shoulder ceases to be a problem

 A redesign would allow all the attachments to be attached and the case close.  Overall, very satisfied. This is my 2nd Renpho product, scale being the first. Another excellent product
