 Oh by the way i haven't shown you the outdoor pictures. Yet so, let's go outside and take a look at how it performs in the in the darkness of the night: [ Music ], all right there, you have it the acebeam tk18.  Eco mode is what is already pre-programmed on here and to change it to the power mode is a little bit. It'S kind of it's kind of strange you have to you, have to go into lockout mode and then change it from there. So i would suggest, if you want to read about that check out my written review at lightsandgear.com, where i demonstrate how you change it from eco mode to power mode, and unfortunately you will want to do that if you want to get the 3000 lumens out of It otherwise you'll get about half that on eco mode, that'll save you on a bit of battery, but it's just not obviously it's not as bright and not giving you the output that the light is intended to do

 Okay, so here's the night core tup on the highest output, a thousand lumens. I really like the beam pattern of this particular light, but the output is just not as high as I would want it to be. However, this light is so small that you really couldn't go much higher anyways without causing some thermal issues. There is the night cord tup and there's a car over there creeping around here

 So this thing is really a good thrower for as small as it is so we're going to start off on the highest output, actually we'll go ahead and start off on the high, not turbo, so this is not turbo mode. This is the high mode, and this light gets hot, extremely fast, so I'll go I'll, basically go ahead and double-click it now and now we're on the highest output mode. It'S amazing this little ace beam can do this. That is impressive, absolutely impressive! We can just see the intensity on this light is just amazing, I'll, go and shut it off now, and the head is already really hot

 Now, like I said these lights, don't really compare in beam pattern but kind of good size. I guess I don't really have any other lights that compare to this thing.  They seem to be well built, well designed, and much easier to carry around and store. I placed one in a nightstand for middle-of-the-night power outages and one in the kitchen for home utility use. Satisfactory purchase all around.

 The seller replaced my flashlight. We will see if the batteries corrode this time. I suspect the first flashlight may have been left in "firefly" mode--turned to the lowest setting rather than turned off. I don't know for sure because I hadn't been the one using it but it's an easy mistake to make
