Its really clean and the repeats are stellar, a bit different than the tape delay but still super cool. I'm very happy that the preamp doesn't color my tone, in fact I don't really notice the preamp at all. Walrus ARP-87: Multi function delay which I have for the digital setting on a long delay.

New mini board

When you layer on the secondary chorus or trem you can get some really cool sounds. Cranking the secondary knob can be a bit much, but definitely a lot of cool stuff going on with this pedal. I’ve had the MXR Carbon Copy for years. I recently took it off my main board and replaced it with the Walrus Audio ARP-87 because I like the momentary functions of the ARP-87.

[NPD] Walrus audio ARP-87

After trying a ton in store, i finally bought the arp-87. I bought it used but it is in a near perfect state (a few minor scratches on the sides). I still have some difficulty using a delay, but after trying this one in store, it had everything I wanted: tap tempo, digital delay, analog, slap-back and the lofi is awesome!

Favorite delay pedal(s)?

El Capistan is great, if I could only keep one delay, that would be it.

Also really enjoying the OBNE Black Fountain for murky ambient pads and the Walrus ARP-87 for some more rhythmic delay work.
