So yes, this is a 4K projector. It has HDR. It has 240 Hz

It's a ViewSonic PX701-4K and does 4K that will be wickedly sharp. It's a quad shifter so it will actually put of 8.3million pixels. Lag times are 16ms for both 1080p60hz and 4K60hz but it claims to do 1080p@240hz with a lag time of 5ms if you can send it that. It will also do 1080p@120hz.

I have the Viewsonic PX701-4k and for any time of the day viewing it works really well. Just my opinion, I'm not expecting TV quality and 2k performance in a <1k package. I'm at ten feet for the projector on a 1.3 gain screen in a room that has drawn non - blackout curtains, but a lot of light from the kitchen, the walls are grey, white ceiling, etc. Virtual Japan on youtube at 4k, in the afternoon yesterday, looked really good.

Stay away from the Optoma UHD series. I used to love Optoma. they are really not good these days.
