I’ve bought 6 basses, 4 new and 2 used. Only one needed adjustment before it played well. It was a Squier Bronco that had been in a window for a year and the action was too high. I told the guy I’d buy it if the action was corrected.

If you actually buy this, get a good amp and replace the pickups if you want it to sound good. Take it to a guitar store and have them set it up.
