A7siii all the way if you have a budget for it. Full frame 60p and 120p are 100% worth it for real estate and product respectively.

Many of the new Sony mirrorless cameras have this built in. The a7c and a7siii at least. You process it with sony software on your computer.

Looking for a camcorder with very good low light performance

An A7SIII mirrorless camera with a lens that has a wide aperture, f1.4 or so, would give you the best performance for an heavy but justifiable cost. Alternatively, depending on your situation just buy some portable LED lights from proper film and video lighting companies.

No 4k120hz over HDMI

No downsampled 6k or any of that. The big thing is how are you gonna have 4k120 internally but not over HDMI? HDMI 2.0 supports 4k60. They should have had HDMI 2.1
