The unit is part of my bedroom pair and we don’t exactly throw parties in there so it was a surprize. I tried everything at home: resetting, unpairing, different room, different music, reset trueplay, etc. Contacted Sonos and a tech got on the line. We did some remote troubleshooting, including him listening to the speaker when resetting.

: pressing pause on the phone would pause the music straight away and my girlfriend could play music through her Spotify as well. Admittedly they weren't perfect either as I would sometimes randomly not be able to connect my phone to them, but they worked far more often than the Amazon Echos. Is the difference here because the Sonos had AirPlay and the Echo doesn't?.

And the Play:3 makes for a fantastic new product in the company's flexible wireless audio lineup.

Plugged the ethernet cable into the router/modem combo and after that didn't work plugged it into the EERO itself. (also unplugged all my sonos speakers and plugged them back in). The only way my speaker would connect is if I turned on 2.4ghz on my router/modem and connected to that, but as soon as my phone goes back to the 5ghz I loose speaker connection. I have called support twice now on this and the representatives both were not familiar with Sonos speakers and had ZERO advice.
