Is the 900H a good choice? Are audio issues still a thing?

I have the X900H connected to my Samsung HW-Q850T soundbar. It's connected via eARC. I have audio dropouts.

It happens sometimes and, so far, still hasn't put me off the purchase. This TV still does great.

Worth it to pre-order HT-A9?

I recently picked up a sound bar and ended up going with the Q850t. I also wanted a matching sound bar for my X950G, but The Samsung sound bars are getting top ratings, even above the Sony’s and they are readily available at most Best Buy locations. This model has 5.1.2 with Atmos/DTS:X support and has been great for me so far.

A Soundbar question . .

I recommend any of the Samsung or LG 3.1.X soundbars from last year, or this year. It really depends on your budget. I have a Sony 65” X900H (same speaker system as the X950H) and the Samsung HW-Q850T. Initially I bought the just the bar and sub out-of-box without the rear speakers.

Anyone Have Samsung Sound Bar Paired With Sony TV?

I have the Samsung HW-Q850T hooked up to my X900H. The only issues I have are sync ones with some crappy built-in apps like AMC and CW.

CCwGTV, Netflix and Dolby Digital Plus Passthrough with older Samsung TV

When I ran into this problem, I upgraded the soundbar to a HW-Q850T when it was on sale. Its always better to use a streaming stick, but sometimes you're just going to hit the limits of the times, and one of the limits of home entertainment is that it's made a few jumps in audio compression the past few years.

I recently bought a Samsung q850t sound bar but my TV is 75 inches and the soundbar just doesn't sound wide enough. I also have a hard time hearing people talk a lot so I'm thinking that a receiver with a center channel for text would be better.

Sony X900F not playing nice with Samsung Q70T soundbar - muffled center channel

I have an identical problem with a similar hardware configuration (i.e. Sony X900F television and Samsung Q850T soundbar). Firmware is up to date on both devices and factory resets didn't resolve the issue. The PCM workaround is unacceptable to me, since it results in the loss of Dolby Atmos, which was the reason I purchased the soundbar to begin with.
