The one android device I have is a Samsung Tab S6 and the way they handle it with their Samsung apps is by rendering a reverse jelly on the screen. It works really well at removing the jelly. Not sure why Apple couldn’t go a step further and make it system wide.

I've got a regular Samsung Tab S6 and I really love it for drawing on the go. It has great battery life too. It's like a regular tablet, but the s-pen has pressure sensitivity. You download some free drawing apps like Sketchbook, Krita, or Medibang Paint.
