Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0

So there you go. I have the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0, the AB3

Literally a matter of seconds to get it into or out of the position you want. Although both benches weigh approximately the same (~125 lbs) the Rogue is much more maneuverable. The handle position and style makes it much easier to pick up and roll around. I moved the Rep bench without difficulty, but my wife struggled with it.

For anyone interested, I was able to fit the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0 Bench Stand onto my AB-3100. Just drilled two holes through the flat bench post and connected it with the provided hardware. Since the bench stand was built for a 3x3 post, it has space on both sides. But it helped get my AB-3100 vertical which is all I care about.

I have a Rogue Utility Bench 2.0, and I used a 1/2” 3’x4’ horse stall mat from Tractor Supply ($30) to create this bench prop. Since my bench stands at 18” tall, the bench prop raises my feet up to 17.5” to bring it within competition specs. It also allows me to center my bench easier than without it, and bench in the same position every time now. Pretty cheap and REALLY easy to make.
