 I'D look at the prime adjustable bench at 675: you're, not saving any money here, especially when you add on shipping and a 25 packaging and handling fee. The decline attachment is 150 and the elbow pad attachment is 250 dollars, but i mean come on. You can do preacher curls with it and honestly, if you can't curl, what's the point of being in the gym now from there

And honestly, it's a pretty good bench for the money from there

 This was bent in a little bit so the wheel was, wouldn't roll. Wouldn't roll. So I got that fixed. I mean, it's all fixable stuff but it's like I bought a used bench in all honesty

 Hey, what's up YouTube? So today I'm gonna be talking about two of the benches that I own. They're both from Rogue Fitness. That's the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0 and the Rogue Bench AB3

 So if you've never used a Zero Gap Bench, and you've only ever used this bench, it may not be that big of a deal to you because you've never experienced the Zero Gap, and adjusting on a bench with a gap might be the norm for you. So let me just show you what I am talking about. So when I come from here, you'll see that my rear is in the crevice of the bench. So that is not where I want to be lifting

 This guy here, incline, decline, and being more versatile definitely is what I like about this. So there you go. I have the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0, the AB3

 If I was further up, same thing, doesn't affect me in any negative way. If I scoot back a little, same thing, doesn't affect me in any negative way. So when we're talking about the zero-gap, that's a huge, huge plus for this bench. Now when I say stability of the bench, what I'm talking about is this back piece here and it not rocking back and forth or making any movement that I wouldn't expect it to make while I'm working out
