Rep AB-3000 - This was my first bench and it is fine. The decline sucks so anyone on a budget should just get the 3100 instead. Glad to hear they upgraded the material for the pad because the original was bad and I slid all over it. Would not recommend for anyone, the 3100 is a much better option and if you really want decline this one is disappointing and only adds bulk and weight

Prime Adjustable - This thing is just so well built, it earns its price tag. Everything about it is quality and what you would expect from a commercial type bench. The arm pads are great as a preacher bench and you can use them to do floor presses without having to lay on the floor. I rarely use the decline attachment but it is as solid as it gets

Targeted Talk - Benches

 Few little things there and the leg pads that are going to go onto the bench. Alright, so first i'm going to go ahead and follow directions. It'S telling me to attach the legs here to the bench. So i'm going to go ahead and use these bolts connect them there, [ Music, ]

 Everything looks to be in good shape, but i've got the two different pads. This is the main back pad and then that one is the seat pad. This is the main unit over here and then we've got the leg extension portion that has the little leg pads on it. There'S the middle piece there and then the feet for the the bench over here in this box, we've got the hardware plus some assembly instructions

 It'S telling me to attach the legs here to the bench. So i'm going to go ahead and use these bolts connect them there, [ Music, ]. Okay! Now i'm going to go ahead and attach the uh back pad and seat pads, [, Music, ], [, Music ], all right! So, as i was putting those pads on the back, rest was pretty easy. The seat, though, was pretty challenging just because it's a really tight space down there to get to the bolts

  I was tempted to deduct one star for the ridiculous issues with assembly, however, but since that was only a couple hours versus what I believe will be my remaining lifetime using this bench, I decided not to., especially given the value proposition of the finished product. Just to set your expectations, however, I would not order this expecting it to go together in ten minutes. It MAY--some reviewers say they got it together that fast--but it is unlikely

Value (quality/price) is second to none

 In order to be able to screw in the front two screws of the seat pad you must take ALL three bolts off so that you may have room to tighten them AND take this time to tighten the screw holding down the rubber stopper underneath the seat pad. 2.) The video also instructs the user to stick the large metal washers inside the foot pad cover holes - trying to shove that washer in ended up snapping the knotted drawstring that keeps the cover in place (REP Fitness is sending me over a replacement no questions asked). If the washers don't fit inside easily then just keep the washer on the outside of the cover hole and screw it in

Great bench, GREAT customer service.

 It had to adjustable. Her is where it stands out compared to my old bend it rather fast to adjust the bench. Where the Bio Dyne bend I had to pull a Pin to change the angle it just a second or two to adjust save time during my workout. Assembly was rather easy

 Hey, what's up YouTube? So today I'm gonna be talking about two of the benches that I own. They're both from Rogue Fitness. That's the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0 and the Rogue Bench AB3

 So if you've never used a Zero Gap Bench, and you've only ever used this bench, it may not be that big of a deal to you because you've never experienced the Zero Gap, and adjusting on a bench with a gap might be the norm for you. So let me just show you what I am talking about. So when I come from here, you'll see that my rear is in the crevice of the bench. So that is not where I want to be lifting

 This guy here, incline, decline, and being more versatile definitely is what I like about this. So there you go. I have the Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0, the AB3

 If I was further up, same thing, doesn't affect me in any negative way. If I scoot back a little, same thing, doesn't affect me in any negative way. So when we're talking about the zero-gap, that's a huge, huge plus for this bench. Now when I say stability of the bench, what I'm talking about is this back piece here and it not rocking back and forth or making any movement that I wouldn't expect it to make while I'm working out
