REP AB-3100

Well, as you can see, that was the review of the Repfitness AB 3100 V3 Bench. I personally love it. It is super sturdy

For $249, you do have to take into account shipping, but for $249, I think it's a great deal.

So overall, it's a very good bench and highly recommended.

The steel used by REP is good quality and the bench is a solid piece at 85lbs. In comparison the steel and welds on my BodySolid are a bit nicer with the bench coming in at only 74lbs. The paint on the AB-3000 is very nice. I noticed no pitting whatsoever.

Not trying to be negative either. When you compare price points for dollars spent only (690-710 range) the REP AB 5000 Zero-gap with its leg attachment and free shipping at $710 allowing for decline work as well and ab work and Nordic curls (more true to real Nordic curls than my GHD) to the SS Rogue AB 3.0 at $695 shipped, the added features and zero gap outshine the AB 3.0.

Satisfied but not completely happy with purchase. The cushioned backboard had fabric not secured to the bottom edge right out of the box. Appears too little fabric was used because the sewn seam didn't even perforate the fabric. The plywood that the fabric and cushion is fastened to was badly warped...

Pulled the trigger on a home gym this week. Ordered a Bells of Steel folding rack, Rogue Bumper Plates & OPB Black Zinc. Looking for a solid bench. Took a look at the Rep AB-3100. Any thoughts? Would love to find something in stock this week!
