 It's not going to be a commercial grade, but it is something that will last you probably the rest of your life, and you're probably not going to wear it out based on how this thing is built. It does have six positions on the back here with these hooks. It goes all the way up to 85 degrees, so it's not a dedicated 90-degree bench, but in my case, if it was 90 degrees, my head would be hitting the back of here and it would just be uncomfortable. It does go up to 85 degrees, and the seat itself does have three separate adjustments here

 It doesn't shake. There is no wobble to it at all. The backplate, as you can see here, is made of the same thickness of those hooks at the bottom and it basically supports the entire back, so you don't have to worry about the pad rolling off or anything along those lines. The assembly was easy

 Speaking of price, you get one about $220. Quality-wise, I think it's amazing for that price. REP Fitness AB-3100 adjustable bench

I got a cheap bench off Amazon in the early days of COVID and it's not working out for me in the long run. The top of the bench ends right above my neck, which doesn't provide good support, especially at heavier weights. I am looking at Rep AB-3000 or AB-5000 as a replacement, but can't tell if it will be long enough to support my neck/head comfortably. Looking forward to your suggestions

I think it used to be around $220, $240, but now it's $249, which is still a really good value if you go with the Rogue Adjustable Bench. Now, it's going to be a little bit higher quality than the 3100, but it's going to cost, I'm pretty sure, over $650, which is kind of crazy for an adjustable bench. So, I think the value of this is really good, especially if you already have a flat bench

 Obviously, you could avoid this altogether if you either have a dedicated flat bench or a Rep Fitness zero-gap bench. Zero-gap bench is obviously going to have zero gap, but it's going to cost quite a bit more. I think they're around $450, which is much more than this one. Again, we'll get to the price in just a sec

 This thing is rock solid, it does not wobble, whether I am doing flat dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press, military dumbbell press. Since I am only doing doing heavy dumbbell exercises, no wobble is important to me, and I am very happy in that regard. The wheels work fine, I am able to easily move the bench around in my workout area. The gap between the back cushion and the seat cushion is only 1

Almost perfect, with a few minor issues, but great price and rock solid

 The height of the floor which is perfect for having a solid foot hold during heavier lifts. I also have no wobble or insecurity when lifting 90+ lbs dumbbells. Also utilize this bench for step up thrusts step downs and other activities that involving jumping onto the bench with no issue very solid. BTW I am currently clocking in at 200lbs

 It adjusts from flat all the way up to 90 degrees and it's very stable. It has that extra tubing on the bottom there to keep it stable while in the flat position. It's a very solid bench. You can see here when I was putting it together, it's got that sheet metal underneath the padding

 I'D look at the prime adjustable bench at 675: you're, not saving any money here, especially when you add on shipping and a 25 packaging and handling fee. It'S gon na crank on about a hundred dollars to this thing, but it is really well made if not pricey, especially when you start putting the attachments on it. The decline attachment is 150 and the elbow pad attachment is 250 dollars, but i mean come on. You can do preacher curls with it and honestly, if you can't curl, what's the point of being in the gym now from there

 If you want to save a little bit of money, i would go to the titan max adjustable bench at a little under 500 you're saving a good chunk of money. The back goes to 10 positions. The seat comes to seven positions, so it's highly adjustable, even if they're not marked it comes with a decline attachment included, it has a 600 pound capacity which, for most of us, is not going to be an issue. And honestly, it's a pretty good bench for the money from there

 If you don't, but it works perfectly fine, whether you do or not, if you do tighten it down, it's rock solid. Now, let's talk about alternative options for benches because you always have choices right like you could choose to subscribe to my videos to help my self-esteem.  This was bent in a little bit so the wheel was, wouldn't roll. Wouldn't roll. So I got that fixed. I mean, it's all fixable stuff but it's like I bought a used bench in all honesty
