 The super bench pro goes for 409 usd, while the original is priced at 368, usd straight off iron master website. I feel that the extra 40 dollars is well worth the upgrade to the pro and honestly, if you want the wheels for the original, which already comes with the pro, you will be paying an extra 37 dollars for those anyway, which brings you at the price of The pro iron master is also currently and frequently appear to have sales on keep your eyes peeled for those. If you are interested, i would not consider this to be the best flat bench or incline bench on the market. However, for overall versatility and expandability with this little of a footprint, one would have a difficult time to find a comparable product

 It's not going to be a commercial grade, but it is something that will last you probably the rest of your life, and you're probably not going to wear it out based on how this thing is built. It does have six positions on the back here with these hooks. It goes all the way up to 85 degrees, so it's not a dedicated 90-degree bench, but in my case, if it was 90 degrees, my head would be hitting the back of here and it would just be uncomfortable. It does go up to 85 degrees, and the seat itself does have three separate adjustments here

 It doesn't shake. There is no wobble to it at all. The backplate, as you can see here, is made of the same thickness of those hooks at the bottom and it basically supports the entire back, so you don't have to worry about the pad rolling off or anything along those lines. The assembly was easy

 Speaking of price, you get one about $220. Quality-wise, I think it's amazing for that price. It's not going to be a commercial grade, but it is something that will last you probably the rest of your life, and you're probably not going to wear it out based on how this thing is built.  Hi, I'm Mike, and today we're going over the Rep Fitness AB3100 V3 Bench.

 I'm going to go over the specs, what I like and don't like about it, and tell you if it's

 I'm actually going to give you all of the measurements right now.

 I know their website's got some, but this is real life measurements, and I'll give you

 a little bit more detail on what this bench is, because when I was looking for a bench,

 I wanted something a specific width and height.

 Because of my height, I'm 6'7", and I've got very long legs, so I needed a certain

 So I'm going to start with measuring the back pads first.

 The back pad right here from the hinge to the top is 35 inches.

 It does taper slightly at the bottom, but I would probably say a total of about 1 inch,

 and then up the top, it narrows to about 9 1⁄2 inches.

 The seat is going to have a depth of 13 inches to the hinge, and it's also going to have

 a width of about 10 1⁄2 inches, the same width as this right here, and it does taper

 The total pad thickness on this guy is 2 1⁄2 inches.

 The nice thing about this bench is that you can buy pads from Rep Fitness.

 They're very cheap, so when these do wear out, I'll get some more close-up shots for

 The stitching looks like it will hold up for at least a couple years.
