Red Wing Moc Toe
Not what you expect from the Red Wing name
Maybe this boot is not for my foot. This is not my first pair of 11D Red Wings, this is however, my first pair of 11D Red Wings that is so tight. The thing that puzzles me is with out the in sole the boots are semi loose and with the insole they are extremely tight. I tried a pair of 11EE but they w...

I’m pretty sure these can be resoled but I guess I’ll find out eventually... As fit goes, these are a EU 41/US8 and they seem to be just the right fit for me. I think I have a wide-ish foot and I have some 8” Red Wing moc toes in EU40/US7.5. The Red Wings were definitely a bit narrow for me but over time they’ve stretched and now fit really well.

Despite my reservations about buying a shoe that was a half size smaller than every other pair I own, these felt comfortable on my feet from the get go, and I was wearing athletic socks at the time. I believe these are the Leo last, and they fit just as good with thinner dress socks - snug in the heel and instep, but room to comfortably wiggle my toes. Any doubt I had about these melted away after taking a few steps in them. Plus I think the color will be super versatile, and between the look and the extra laces, these will be great for both casual and work (teacher) wear.

Yes there will be pain, and yes it's worth it!
First off, I needed a FULL size smaller than I normally wear. I wear a 12D comfortably in every other shoe, I first tried an 11.5 in the 1907 and experienced too much slippage in the heel. Sent back for an 11D, perfect fit! Also a sole-to-sole comparison to my other size 12 shoes is a dead match. Th...

As someone who needs a comfy shoe, the Dura-EVA strip in the boot was a selling point (although it remains to be seen how that holds up). I almost went for some Allen Edmonds, but didn't really want to spend $400. **Sizing and Fit:**. I wear a 13 in Red Wing Moc Toe as well as in athletic sneakers, and a 12 in Doc Martens 1460.

I love these boots
I love these boots, now. I normally wear a 9.5 -10.5 depending on the brand. I went with a 9 as recommended my many reviewers. The length was fine, but they were very narrow in the toebox with insoles installed. I read every review I could find on red wings and sizing before I ordered. I think you s...

So proud of these boots!
Over that last 20 years of my career in construction I have worked my way through many brands and styles of boots. I have a pair of insulated Red Wings I have worn for 14 winters. I clean and Oil them every year and they are holding up great. I also have a pair of Irish Setters I wore for 3 years no...
