Re-Review: Pilot Varsity
Even writing upside down, sideways and just grabbing the pen to quickly write down a number presented no problems for me. This is one of the best values in fountain pens. While the Platinum Preppy is available in a much finer nib and refillable, the Varsity will put a smile on anyone’s face

How and why did you get into Fountain Pens?
I didn’t have a pen on me, so she reached into her purse and handed me a Pilot Varsity to use. I absolutely loved it right away!

Quality pen for the price
For years I have been using these pens for all of my daily writing tasks. Taking orders, creating invoices, writing articles, jotting notes and of course signing my name on important documents. I go through about one pen every three weeks or so when they run out of ink. Never in the five or so years...

This Is the $2 Pen That Changed My Life
Pilot I've always appreciated a fine writing implement. At Popular Mechanics, my starting rotation features a Tetzbo ballpoint pen from Japan, a Koh-I-Noor mechanical pencil from the Czech Republic, and a billion Bic Round Stics from the supply closet. But a fountain pen always seemed like a utensil...

This pen is the boss
I bought this pen weeks ago and use it exclusively at work. Not only does it make me feel like an amazing dope boss b, but also, arguably, gives me 80% more dopamine than your basic boring ballpoint. The color is sooooo vibrantly hot pink and it writes oh so smoothly! 10/10

Feels like a REAL pen!
I grew up in England, where fountain pens are much more common. Living in America now, I've often found myself missing writing with fountain pens, so when I found out that the Varsity pens were so affordable, I instantly searched for them on Amazon and made the purchase. I am happy to say that I am ...

First but not the last!
Placed my first order with pen boutique and plan on returning. Found exactly what I was looking for. Quality of my pen was exceptional and actually enhanced my writing focus. Price point was very reasonable as well and shipping was prompt.

I love this fountain pen.
These pens are so easy to use. They do not leak. It feels so good to write with old fashioned ink that is contained in a new and modern disposable container. thnx

**Pilot Varsity** - please don't get one of these. They are disposable which really takes away one of the main aspects of fountain pens. In addition, they are very scratchy and cheaply built.
