 This camera comes with two card slots which supports up to Uh S2 cards, a 2.36 million dots Evf. It's capable of shooting videos up to 4k Dci, up to 30 frames a second. I didn't shoot much video with this camera, but I did manage to try and see how well the continuous autofocus is in video mode, and so far with this lens combo, it wasn't that bad at all

 The reason I wanted to use this lens is because it's a focal range that I am very comfortable using. You see, the Olympus Em1x is a micro four thirds camera, so that means every lenses focal length you use on it needs to be multiplied by roughly two times. So that gives this lens effectively a 50 millimeter equivalent length on a full frame camera, which is my stable lens of choice whenever I go out for a shoot. Okay, so let's roughly go through the specs of both the Em-1x and the Zurich 25 1

 All in all, it was like using a nifty 50 except smaller. I mean, like, what else could you be asking for in a lens, right? So what are my conclusions after using this camera and lens combo for a bit? Now you know what. To be really honest with you. I didn't know whether I like it at first, but I just went there with an open heart

 Despite its smaller sensor, it makes it up with its excellent Ibis, which allows you to shoot at lower Isos so you don't have to suffer that much in terms of image noise shooting in low light. However, if there was one thing I wish it did have, it would be a slightly better dynamic range. But that's not to say that it is not good, but it could be a bit better. Oh yeah, and a high resolution Evf would definitely make this camera a lot better than what it currently is, right? So that's my quick take on the Em-1x and the Zuiko 25 1

Olympus E-M1X in 2022 and Beyond! Is it a Steal?

 First thing is the grip and this is really quite a departure from what they did on the Em1 mark. - if you remember, that camera actually had a very small, compact looking body with a chunky looking grip. Well, this overall has a much larger, more you know professional kind of look here. now

X He has the optical stabilizer turned on. no digital shooting on the 12 to 1 F for we're doing cinema 4k and we're going directly into the cameras preamp so you'll get a good seal basis of knowledge for the video looks like today as well as how it sounds.  So Olympus is one of the early adopters here of using machine learning to teach this camera how to detect objects, how to track them properly, and really for you, the photographer, how to find them without you having to think about where they are in the frame or what mode you're using and that's a very big benefit. We did, however, just test the Sony a Sixty-four hundred and I think they've done a better job at making an auto focusing system that works amazing but in a far more Universal way. We still get a very good hit rate. Don't get me wrong, but it's still not where I think I want it to go I Think the stuff that's really exciting though about this camera is really the technology going forward in the future

Hi I'm Gordon from Camera Labs and this is my review of the Olympus Om-d E-m1 X a high-end mirrorless camera aimed at sports and wildlife pros who demand speed and durability. It shares the 20 megapixel Four Thirds sensor 4k video and BER shooting of the Em1 Mark 2 but is larger and pitched at a higher level with an integrated battery grip tougher credentials, improved auto focusing, even better stabilization than before and a higher price tag two of 2999 US dollars or 2799 UK pounds. You could describe it as a beefed up Em1 mark -, but it's not designed as a replacement. It's not an upgrade for that model

 Thanks! The Em1 x sensor is now over two years old and unbelievably it's only the second camera to use it I Really wish Olympus are deployed it in an E M5 successor before this, but there you go. And to be fair, if you're into shooting action with the Mic 4/3 system, it remains the best option as it's the only one with embedded phase detector or Tokus. So in terms of photo and video quality and AF hardware behind the scenes, it's essentially the same as the Em1 Mart - but Olympus has improved the focusing algorithms as well as the built-in stabilization. Now claiming up to seven stops of compensation with unstabilized lenses or seven and a half with sink is models like the 12 - 100 millimeter

 Olympus makes bold claims about where the ceiling and the Em1 X is no different. In fact, it's the first interchangeable lens camera I've tested with an official IP X when writing. that means it should survive dripping water from above for about 10 minutes. Well, I've had the Em1 X and the 40 to 150 obviously make sure it's a weather sealed lens

 Eight stops of compensation over traditional wisdom, even with my coffee related wobbles, and that's one of the benefits of having a smaller sensor, the chance to deliver amazing stabilization, which in turn allows you to deploy lower ISO sensitivities for decent quality and leave the tripod at home for all but the longest exposures. Nobody does this as well as Olympus and it's also fantastic for video as I'll show you later. Olympus makes bold claims about where the ceiling and the Em1 X is no different. In fact, it's the first interchangeable lens camera I've tested with an official IP X when writing
