WOW- in 30 years of running, best pair of running shoes I've ever comparison
I've been a runner for the past thirty years. In that time, I've worn lots of running shoes, but I've never worn a pair of shoes that I would write a review for. Sure- folks have told me about buying a certain pair of shoes, and how awesome they were. So I went out and bought them, and they were OK....

For example the weight that I mentioned and which unfortunately makes it worse for long-distance running. But other than that, Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 is a good continuation of the Pegasus line of running shoes.

I knew nothing about sneakers and to be frank still don't--I picked out a pair of Nikes (whose model name I did not know until I just checke--"Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37", apparently, in a deep rich blue). I was blown away and instantly got them. It's hocking how much better and more comfortable they are than the shitty walmart/target sneakers I've worn my whole life. The cushioning is leaps and bounds better and it no longer feels like I'm walking on a flat slab.

I love the support these shoes give me. I broke my foot at the beginning of the year, and these shoes give me enough support to not even notice the slight ache I have from the fracture. My only complaint is the back side of the shoe where my my Achilles’ tendon and the back side of the shoe meet som...

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 | Shoe Review | Fleet Feet
Conclusion The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 is every bit the classic everyday trainer you’ve come to know and love but with a few major updates. Testers love the flexible feel and bouncy combination of the burlier Zoom Air unit and React foam. Runners looking for a versatile running shoe that can carry them through long runs and uptempo workouts will find a home in the Pegasus 37, while longtime fans will appreciate the updates without losing the familiar Peg feel

Nike Pegasus 37 Performance Review - WearTesters
Overall The Nike Pegasus 37 is, like the Pegasus line normally is, an incredibly versatile running shoe. If you’re someone that doesn’t buy different shoes for speed days, long runs, and racing, the Pegasus 37 is built for you.

Building my first rotation: open to suggestions!
More specifically for a race day shoe and a soft cushiony but light long long run day shoe. Far left: Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 (approx 200 miles) - The most worn shoe of the bunch. I've worn these from workouts to long runs. I like that it feels light and the support is decent.
