The YouTube channel "What's Inside?" tested and TORE APART the Nike Alphafly NEXT%. Their test was an n=1 study with a dude who ran an "all-out" 3 miles in "Ultraboost 2.0" (they meant Ultraboost 20, a heavy shoe) and will now do the same in the alphaflys.

The arch

the insole and arch of the shoe was extremely uncomfortable to the point where i had pain in my foot just walking in it, after runs i couldn't wait to take them off due to the discomfort of the narrow high arch insole, other than that the shoe would be great

Long name but awesome shoe ⚡

The world goes nuts when ever Nike released anything - even if its not even that good (cough peg 37 cough cough). However, I have to admit the Next% and Alphafly Next% are the best Marathon running shoes - the world records/average marathon times don't lie. They are simply ARE a better shoe.

Race day PB shoe

These are by far my favourite racing shoe but unfortunately for me I've had to return a couple of pairs due to issues with the footpod. Aside from this the energy return and performance is the best I have experienced from a carbon plated shoe.
