So I don't I'm not going to put it as a complete fault of the beam, but maybe something they could improve or have improved in other models.

I ended up ditching my nexar cam just for this reason. It was a great camera, but it would drain my battery even when I was not in my truck because it would constantly connect to my phone.

It says recording but when I go to watch video it just shows a map of where I have been. I have messaged with tech support several times and they tell me to erase apps, videos and photos off my phone to have more space. I erased a ton of apps and videos and pictures and it still does the same thing....

It worked well for the month, up until it seemed to start getting slower with shutting off when I would turn the car off. So one day, I just unplugged it and turned it off, figuring that I could just turn it back on and reconnect it the next time I went for a drive. Now when I try to set everything back up, it won't connect. When I turn on my wifi settings, it now asks me to put in a password for the dash cams wifi, which I never had to do before.

Overall, not a bad product. After some confusion over installation managed to get it installed rather easily. My only real complaint would be the low picture quality and the poor quality of the sticky wire holders that are meant to hide the wires. These little things don't last long especially in TX...

I have bought the nexar pro with interior cam in June and have loved the idea of having a dashcam. But I run into some problems with the camera and the app. 1. Clips skip or go black for a second.

I use his products in my work truck but it doesn’t automatically record like it states must have it plugged into a 12 V system and sometimes the Wi-Fi goes in and out therefore doesn’t capture all your drives, not sure if I can call nexus but I will call them about the warranty on this product
