I'm going to be moving to an itx build soon. I have a gen4 ssd and a R9 5900x. I'm stuck between the B550i strix and the b550i Aorus. The Aorus has better VRMs but the strix has a type C header. I could use an adapter for the Aorus board for the USB header I think. Which is the better board?

The SATA ports are ass to ass, so you have to twist one of those SATA cables to get it to line into a stack of SSDs. The manual is bare minimum. But hey, it has an RGB strip on the side. I'm using an MSI B550i right now (but I have various boards laying around).

Both built on MSI B550I motherboards as I got used to it but otherwise the main differences are:. 5800X3D vs 5700G. RTX 3070 vs integrated GPU. MSI MPG Coreliquid 240 with Phanteks T30s vs Thermaltake AXP90-X47 full copper.

the motherboard worked as expected for the most part except for Bluetooth which is completely messed up. The signal is constantly being interrupted by something on the motherboard that I could not figure it. The Bluetooth problem has been a on-going issue for b550I boards.

Need advice on NCASE M1 mobo+front io compatibility… questions..

Get the B550I since it has all the headers you need. I would also grab the Noctua 15mm fans to add to the bottom. I followed t[his build](https://imgur.com/a/jNp5VVR#vdjZiAw).
