I found in particular this motherboard to be a good deal, especially if you consider the overall quality at the price range of under $200.

B550 seems to be a more popular choice if you don't need the features that x570 has to offer.

If you decide to go with B550, then Gigabyte B550i Aorus Pro AX is a solid choice.

Was about to say Gigabyte AORUS B550i Pro AX. Perfect Motherboard for me (also running the 5600X with undervolt there, -29 is my sweet spot). But in General: aim for b550 or b450 Chipset. Check curve optimizer settings for free Performance boost/ undervolt.
