Men's Ridge Runner Day Pack (L.L. Bean)

This backpack is very well made. My husband couldn’t even put it on! He’s 6’ /200 lbs. I think it would fit a school age child. It did come earlier than expected, a pleasant surprise as it was coming from Italy. Very good customer service but had to return.

Great quality,material was tougher than I expected. Wasn’t as large as I hoped but will do for an overnight and with careful packing two days. Customer service was the best I’ve ever received. Very happy with whole experience.

This pack isn't the worst pack I've tried, but it's seriously lacking on the design side. It sits right against your back and there's no air movement so your back gets really sweaty when you wear it. Lightweight pack with comfortable hip and shoulder straps. Prefer my old "Escape" pack design. The trekking pole attachment looks fragile but no loss so far. Not sure what to put in the pocket with the waterproof zipper. The hip strap pouches are a good addition.

Used this backpack about 12 times and have already worn a hole in bottom from sitting on rocks. This design needs a better wear resistant material for bottom of pack. Material is too thin! Overall design is fine other than that
