One of the better paring knives around. Too many paring knives today are too long, the blades too wide, and the handles too substantial, so they become small utility knives. This size is near perfect and it is sharp as hell. A pleasure to use any day.

Steel quality not as advertised. Knife shows rust spots, which is absolutely an indication that the promised steel quality is not present. No way this has the consistency promised and charged for. Knife is well designed but not wearing well at all

Very high quality knife. It is a bit smaller than I was expecting, but the quality of the steel is excellent. Works great once I got used to the size.
