Notebook: Rhodia tried a few papers but this is a great balance between cost and quality. Headphones: Jabra e75, have a few others but this is cheap and comfy and extremely convenient.

Good quality trackball mice tend to be somewhat more expensive than conventional mice, but if you're looking for the best bang for your buck, we recommend the Logitech ERGO M575. Visually, this mouse closely resembles the newer and more premium Logitech MX ERGO.

A vertical mouse improves your wrist angle, but it also makes you move your arm rather than your wrist to move around the cursor - which might help with wrist issues, but am not sure it'll be beneficial for your shoulders. You may want to look into a trackball instead. I personally use a Logitech M575, which works great for me; though others swear by a finger operated ball over a thumb operated ball (very personal).

Ergo M575 - didn't like the trackball. didn't help with wrist pain. MX master - Nice mouse with loads of features but didn't help with wrist pain. Logi Mx vertical: this is is a nice mouse with good features.

When I connect my M575 mouse to my iPad Air 4 via Bluetooth, everything works fine — except the scroll wheel does not work. I have read through the forums and adjusted every setting mentioned. I have the scroll wheel button and the right mouse button configured for ‘scroll up’ and ‘scroll down’ as a workaround, but it is not ideal.
