I purchased it 6months ago....stops in middle of cycle....Have contacted LG on several different ocassions....They sent out a appliance repairman to fix the problem....Changed latch..did not solve problem....Now repairman wants to change rails for top rack (not sure why)....appliance company has now...

There are a few design issues I have with the dishwasher:

- Difficult to read the display showing the time left before it is done washing

- Silverware rack always has water accumulation on handle after running it

- Prongs that flip are easily knocked down when loading

- Run options are unclear

Great product .. but a crack has emerged
