So, overall, i think this is a great monitor with all the core features that a gamer cares about and even a few that they don't.

This monitor would fit perfectly on my desk IF the monitor has ability to telescope up or down. My other LG 4K monitor telescopes up and down but this one does not. Noticed a little brightness change while gaming, might be a setting needing adjustment. Screen function button is nice under monitor.

I own an lg 32gn600-b, it's hdr400 i guess. A va panel with no local dimming. Still, hdr looks way better than sdr in some games (ac origins, odyssey, valhalla, witcher 3 very nice but bf5 is worse than sdr) and some netflix shows (i can't bear watching snowpiercer without hdr but hdr just washes out colors in the witcher) so it depends on the content and its hdr implementation. But if I have a nice hdr experience with this hdr400 va panel with no local dimming, then you'll definitely have good hdr with the monitor you mentioned.

It seems that the 32GN600-B and the 32GN650-B are identical, just different stand. It also seems the 32GN650 is sold only in the United States, which is where I live. I bought GN650 two days ago, and I'm receiving the new LG monitor tomorrow (Thursday 25).

You are not getting top shelp here for this price but if you are looking to replace that 27" 1080p or 1440p, this is a very good choice.
