I bought this monitor to get the 2560x1440 resolution as well as the much larger screen. So far, I'm very happy. I haven't found any dead pixels, the 32" screen is clear and makes computing seem even easier. I have not noticed any negatives yet

FYI: Although @DellCares was super-fast in asking for information, they never did respond at all once I'd provided it. If customer service is important to you, you may want to look at a different manufacturer for your next display.
